A STRANGE PHILOSOPHY

John says, 'People hurt  those most dear.
They tug, crush, break, the heart of those near.
He says, 'They  treat  loved one's so bad. Like an Emotional punching bag?'

I say, 'John, that's not right, it's not the truth!
When one cares, and I've seen living proof,
There's nothing too much to ask of the other,
I've heard 'Just tell me,what is it you want me to do' Be it sister or brother.

I've heard neighbors say, to a request made,
'No, no, I definitely don't want to be paid.'
John says, 'It depends on what your work be.
 As I've never worked, nothings ever asked of me.'
