BROWNIE

'Jack of all Trades'  by  Trish
(A wedding setting)
Brownie does the bumping in and out
For 'The Theatre of Dumb Charade',
He desperately wants to be an actor,
But as yet,  hasn't made the grade.

So while Brownie's waiting for his big chance,
He helps out wherever  he can,
Does lighting, painting, repairing,
Something to be done in a hurry? he's your man.

There's no call here, for a sound person,
As the actors never need  speak,
'The Theatre of Dumb Charades' plays,
Drama always, at pure emotional  peak.

Brownie's preparing the stage
For the new show, that's bumped on in,
It's meant to look white and wedding  like,
To cut costs, he's, utilized, bits of rusty old tin.
